I’d love to tell you that my journey started with something bold or unusual—but the truth is, I had a regular upbringing. I grew up in various small town, living a life that felt safe and familiar, but not particularly extraordinary. Like many people, I followed the expected path, even when it didn’t quite feel like mine.
The first real spark of curiosity came at 16, when I travelled overseas for the first time. That experience changed me. It opened my eyes to cultures, perspectives, and ways of thinking I had never been exposed to. For the first time, I saw that the world was vast and diverse—and so were the ways people chose to live their lives. It planted a quiet seed in me: What if the world I knew wasn’t the only way?
Still, I returned to the mould I was expected to fit. I spent five years at university studying something I wasn’t passionate about, chasing a version of success that didn’t feel like mine. After graduating, I fell in love with travel and spent the next decade working jobs that gave me the freedom to explore. Travel became my addiction—not just because of the places, but because of the people. I watched how different societies operated, how individuals lived and spoke and connected. I felt like an outsider looking in, collecting insights about what made people them.
Eventually, life settled into a new rhythm. I got married and became a mum to a beautiful daughter. But in the quiet moments, the same question kept returning: Who am I, really? I had built a life I was grateful for, but still, something deeper was stirring. I wanted to feel aligned, not just accomplished. I wanted to live on purpose, not autopilot.
That’s when The Finding Me Project was born.
This project began as a deeply personal journey—one I never imagined sharing. Over the last decade, I’ve slowly unpacked who I was taught to be and uncovered who I actually am. I’ve spent years exploring my values, rewriting old beliefs, creating my own blueprint, and learning how to set goals that matter to me.
The Finding Me Project is for anyone who’s ever felt a little out of place in their own life. It’s for the quiet questioners, the late bloomers, the people who followed all the rules but still felt unsatisfied. Through simple, accessible tools and self-paced courses, I’m here to help you reconnect with yourself in a way that’s honest, empowering, and lasting.
This is not about fixing yourself. You’re not broken. It’s about uncovering the you that’s been there all along—under the roles, the routines, the expectations. I’m just here to walk beside you while you find them again.
Let’s do this together.
Warm Regards,
Kerry x
